I am Senior Lecturer at the School of Government and International Relations<\/a> at Griffith University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I study the dynamics of policy lobbying and advocacy under different political regimes, and how information disorder affects citizens’ trust in political institutions. My research is published in journals such as Comparative Political Studies<\/a><\/em>,\u00a0Political Communication<\/em><\/a>,\u00a0Governance<\/em><\/a>,\u00a0Policy Sciences<\/em><\/a>, or\u00a0PNAS<\/em><\/a>. My book \u201cLobbying the Autocrat<\/a>\u201c, co-edited with Jessica C. Teets, is published with\u00a0University of Michigan Press<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Currently, I co-lead two Australian Research Council-funded Discovery Projects on Public Interest Advocacy in Australian Policymaking<\/a>, and on Mapping & Harnessing Public Mistrust<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am also Associate Editor of the journal Democratization<\/a><\/em>, an invited affiliate of the International Panel on the Information Environment<\/a> (IPIE), and member of the Electoral Integrity Project<\/a>\u2018s International Advisory Board.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
